As a result of the recently passed state budget, the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) received an increased allocation to $72 million in tax credit awards, which is up from the previous $36 million. Due to this increase, the Neighborhood Assistance Program/Enterprise Zone Program (NAP/EZP) will be opening for a second round of applications this year from September 9 – October 25. Guidelines are attached or can be found on our website, and applications are submitted through the DCED Electronic Single Application (ESA). This will be a separate round of funding and will not affect applicants with projects currently under review.

PLEASE NOTE: DCED Will not be accepting any new Neighborhood Partnership Program (NPP) applications during this second round. All other sub-programs including EZP will be accepting applications. New NPP applications will be eligible to submit in the 2025 funding round.
